On St. Patrick’s day we usually post a limerick. Mostly they are humorous, but not this year; as we link the situation in Eastern Europe to the story of the saint chasing all the snakes from Ireland. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Patrick

Wishing you a St. Patrick’s day weekend filled with limericks and laughter.
In October 2007 a number of Voice Dialogue teachers and friends gathered in Boulder to celebrate Hal’s 80th birthday and Sidra’s 70th birthday. I was honoured to be asked to write a theme poem, then Larry said, “But not a Limerick”. (Hal and Sidra Stone are the developers of Voice Dialogue, the psychology of selves VoiceDialogue.org)
THERE WAS A YOUNG POET NAMED JACK
There was a young poet named Jack
who wrote verse upon his wife’s back
It tickles she said
let’s go to the bed
And they were off to rhyme in the sack
IN VINO VERITAS
IN GUINNESS LIMERICK
Tis a lovely thing the Limerick
And a pint of Guinness helps it stick
But sad their magic is fickle
And though a little may tickle
Sure and too much of either’ll make you sick
