    the coyote
    loves the moon
    he howls
    his coyote tune
    A howling coyote
    seals his doom
    mad as hell
    at the waning moon
    both will return
    there’s always room
    for one more coyote
    one more moon.

I wait each morning to see if the sun will rise and the fragment of Pictures painted with words, to show up in my email. Like a greeting from an old friend. Valued and treasured. How fortunate I feel to be remembered.
Thank you for creating these Neil A Day fragments. They are like ripples on calm water spreading far beyond where the poet sees them land.
